Ben Liljenquist
Owner/General Contractor
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben Liljenquist has been the driving force behind Redford Construction . His dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction has built a strong reputation for the company.
After graduating from BYU in 2002, Ben started his construction career building residential houses and subdivisions in Arizona and Idaho in the early 2000s, including a 600 acre residential community in Swan Valley, Idaho. Ben is dedicated to building quality construction projects at affordable prices.
Ben worked in Arizona for the first 10 yeas of his constuction career. He now resides in Utah with his family.
Lance Mergens
Superintendent/Site Manager
Lance Mergens is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in supervising and managing complex projects. Currently serving as a Superintendent/Site Manager at Redford Construction, Lance plays a pivotal role in overseeing site operations and ensuring project efficiency.
His extensive hands-on experience spans various construction trades, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, framing, drywall and finishes, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of project intricacies. Lance’s dedication to safety and his adept leadership skills have been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous projects.
Lance has managed many residential and commerical construction projects including houses, remodels, restaurants, retail shops and many others.
Lance lives in Utah with his family.
